It’s wonderful to know him for the last five years or more than that. Besides having my fan moment with him on his birthday there, was to meet Martin Scorsese. I’ve grown up watching him closely and his movies. It was wonderful to meet him and tell him how much people in India respect his work.”
“He had wished me on my birthday and I wanted to be part of it. It was a great honour and very humbling experience to be present there on his landmark birthday. He said that he is going to be around for another 50 years. May god give him more than that. While everybody was raising a toast, I recited maha mrutyunjay mantra loudly for his long life. It’s a very important mantra which was my toasting to him,” the actor adds.
